The Return to Center

A 5-minute physical practice to break the loop and come back to yourself.

Leave the problem state

Get up and physically leave the space you are in right now. Move your body out of the environment where the spiral started. Go outside, go to a different room — just leave.

Invite the commitment

Say this to yourself, out loud or silently:

"I may not understand this right now, but there is no problem outside of myself."

Practice the commitment

Do 36 bows while reciting the mantra. Let the body lead. The mind will follow.
